With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a results-driven, individualized approach to training backed by certifications through ISSA, ACE, and USA Boxing. My foundation began in corrective exercise, allowing me to help clients move better, reduce pain, and build strength safely and effectively.
I have worked with a wide range of clients, from young athletes as early as 6 years old to older adults, adapting each program to fit the individual. My experience also includes training individuals with neuromuscular conditions such as Parkinson's, focusing on improving mobility, coordination, strength, and overall quality of life.
As a strength and conditioning coach and boxing instructor, I have trained everyone from beginners looking to build confidence and learn self-defense to competitive fighters preparing at a high level. I also lead group training sessions designed to challenge, motivate, and build a strong community.
